Wow! That's so cool! It's amazing what types of things you run into when you are just browsing. Well I came across this site that had a lot of audio blogs on it and I got curious where it is from...and I found Audioblogger.com. Essentially you just call this number and it will automatically post to the blog of your choice (belonging to you of course). Now I wish I was very into music so I can put it to a lot of uses. Maybe I'll run across some sounds that will be fun to post...we'll see. BTW for those who are bored. Try dailing this number [248-262-6861]. I promise it's nothing bad...for the girl's it will be the best number to give a guy. You'll see :-)
Insecure Me
Today I was feeling kind of down...it just seems like everyday is the same for me kind of like me running on a treadmill, not really going anywhere. So to cheer myself up, I went out to get some groceries so I would not be confined at home all day. After all my shopping was done, I stopped to get some gas. There was a car of younger men who were at the pump next to mine and they just kept on rapping to me about how they liked my hair, clothes and car. They told me they thought I was very hot. Well after that, my mood just elevated. Some times I guess I just need someone to reassure me (or at least lie to me).

My time
Recently I've been busy setting the MediaCenter on my PC to record all the shows I enjoy to watch and trying to keep up with what has been recorded so that I would not take up all the space. Even though I don't have to watch the shows when they come on and can stop or start whenever, I feel like I don't have enough time to catch up with it. I wonder if Tivo takes as much space recording shows as this MediaCenter does. I've heard before that people can alter their Tivo's to do certian things...makes me hope for the abilitiy to do that w/ the almost unconfigurable MC.

Medical issues
Zhen and I invited some friends over for Chinese fondue. We went all out looking for the coolest things to serve our guests. They are technically our first real guests that we had over for dinner. I enjoyed the meal a lot...but I realized afterwards that I ate wayyy too much. Having fondue can be deceiving because you are never really sure how much you had on your plate and how much you ingested. I keep on having this pain in my stomach every time I have a full meal now...it has been about two weeks that this has happened to me. I hope I don't have an ulcer or something. That means I will have to take medication and bother with the stupid insurance that Zhen gets from his hospital. They could not even cover the expenses from some immunization I got from my doctor...and now I supposedly owe my doctor $109. I fear seeing the doctor now since I will have to deal with financial issues.

My new love
I've been busy recently due to the purchase of our new car (on the 19th). Once I get a chance I'm going to get a few good pictures of it. Zhen and I finally got a chance to get it to Anderson for my and his parents to see it. Good thing is that both sides think that it was a great deal and that car is wonderful. I'm surprised that everything went along so smoothly. Every chance I get, I want to drive it out for another spin. After checking the fridge, I think we need milk...

I'm supposed to be cleaning up our apartment in anticipation of company coming over on Saturday. Instead...I'm going through old pictures w/ my new computer and reminiscing on the past two years. I came across the picture of Henry. This is probably my favorite picture of him since he is just a little fur ball in my hand. I wonder what he looks like now.

Maps of the future
I'm totally addicted. I came across this thing in Google maps today...Satellite images! Since I recently went to San Francisco, I checked out the overview and I found Pier 39 (which coincidently had more seals now than when I went there *pout*). There was also market and Stockton street where Mai and I got off to ride the cable cars... ah! Ze memories.

One good thing after another
Zhen and I went to King's Island today. It was so much fun. Even though it was just the two of us (we thought it would have been boring) we both chatted non-stop the whole time and really relaxed our previous days stresses. Near the end we went and won the hat that I wanted right from the begining because I saw a lot of people with it. We also got an elephant because it had big cute eyes. I have to take a picture of them to show it off.
After I got home my best friend Mai and I talked about the car that her mom found for me. Mai's mom is like my second mother. She treats me just like her daughter. I loves it! Well it's a pretty good price for a Lexus ES300 at about $7900 for a 94K mileage. I subscribed to Autocheck to get the history on the vehicle and everything checks out to my needs perfectly (I realized that Autocheck is better than Carfax because it lasts three months instead of one). I can't wait 'till tomorrow to call up the dealership! I'm still excited about my computer and now we are getting a car for me as well. The cool thing is that it will primarily be my car since Zhen saw before that his friend William gave his wife the better car and he does not want to be out-done. Also because he loves me so :-)

I didn't know that I was a nerd
So I just went to a website my friend Tom posts on and found an interesting test to see if I was much of a nerd. And guess what?
Are you surprised Tom?

My Baby
Well it's official, I am blessed. My new computer came in yesterday (technically the day before last) at the very last possible moment. I turned down an interpreting job so I could spend time getting to know it. My landlord Mike is so nice, he went to Radio Shack for me to get me the necessary wires for me to connect TV onto the computer. Once I got that hooked up, I was hooked lol. I found out that I have the capabilities through the thing to what is similar to a tivo. It's f...ing awsome! So right away I put it to use, I made it record two episodes of Next and a movie "Unfaithful". There is a section where you can just record movies (blockbuster selection style) and series of shows. It's amazing how fast you can fill up 160G's with this function. Don't worry, I'm not there...yet...

Complainy 'ol me
I realized that I have been complaining a lot recently. I'm all talk, no action. I'll stop now.
Can't wait for my computer to come in. From the UPS website, it's supposed to come in tomorrow. If ya'll don't hear from me for awhile, just know that I'm in a happier place. :-)
I went to Evan's house today. He showed me his new HD programming from Time Warner. It's pretty cool. Even though his tv seems to have not that good of a quality recieving regular cable, when the HD channels come up the reception is amazing. I could almost feel the things that were on the screen. Someday I might endulge in such a luxury. I really should keep in more contact with my friends and hang with them. They are such good people with so much input on life. Instead of me being closed minded all day long just hanging with Zhen.

Those darn days
Another un-productive day for me. Last night I couldn't fall asleep for some reason. I kept on thinking about everything under the sun and could not really drift off. So as a result, this morning when I went to the room to study I fell asleep instead. The one good thing I did today was start swimming again at the pavillion. Maybe once I settle down into this routine I will be able to start to really study.

The Age of Dell
Great news! I ordered a computer from Dell about two days ago. I'm so excited about it I have been dreaming about it. Since I had a pretty nice budget to go by I went all out and got the next to best computer that Dell had available. After some consultation to consumer reports and searching for online coupons I decided on a Dimension 8400 Media Center. The computer was actually 2 thou but I found a coupon for 400 off. With a free flat panel screen and 160gig upgrade it's the perfect computer for me at a very reasonable price. I have been logging on to the website almost every four hours to check on what stage my computer was on. So far they have kitted and built the computer. Now they are on the testing stage. I wonder how long that will take. Can't wait!

California Pictures
I've been working on my taxes all day. Finally moved on to organizing my pictures from the trip. They can be viewed here.
I realized that none of the pictures of me look good anymore. Can't wait for next week when I start my membership at the TriHealth - Fitness & Health Pavillion. They have two indoor pools with different temperatures and one outdoor pool for recreational purposes. Hopefully I can re-gain my figure in a matter of a month. That would be so ideal. (sighing wishfully)

A New Beginning...or What?
Lately I've wanted to change some of my bad habits and become a new me in a sense. However I realized that in the past two days I have fallen back into my old trends. My idea before was that once I came back from California I would:
It's now that I'm not motivated...I think the main reason is I keep on running into road blocks. Damn it!
- Start a workout regimen
- Begin studying for the MCAT at least four hours a day
- Write more about what is on my mind out on a blog
- Eat a more structured meal
- Communicate more with people I care for
